Rates
I like to build websites based on Content Management Systems, such as WordPress (not just for blogging anymore.) This gives you the flexibility to manage the content of your new website on your own, which will save you time and money since your won’t have to wait on someone and pay them just to make a few changes. Content Management Systems makes it easy for you to manage your content right from your web browser, almost like writing a Word document. Once your website is complete, I will go over using the system with you.
Here are the different service levels available.
Basic WebSite Package
A Basic Website starts at $450, usually takes up to a week to complete and includes:
- a custom header (you provide your logo if you have one)
- a service or product description page
- a contact form page
- an about page (describes your company and location)
- a Buy Now button (if you would like to sell a product)
- a Thank You page that will display after someone makes a purchase
- a blog if you need it.
If you don’t have a domain name yet (www.yourwebsite.com), I can set it up along with email accounts.
Mid-level WebSite Package
A Mid-level Website design starts at $950, usually takes up to two weeks and includes:
- everything the Basic Website Package has
- an extra 5 pages of content to represent your company
- a photo gallery
- a forum
If you don’t have a domain name yet (www.yourwebsite.com), I can set it up along with email addresses for you and your employees.
Ecommerce Website Package
An ecommerce web store starts from $1,850 and can take up to 3 weeks to complete. I will upload up to 50 of your product photos, descriptions, and prices for you (which you will provide). It will also include:
- an admin area so you can add, remove, update your products, descriptions, and prices yourself
- integration with an online credit card payment processing service
- a custom header (you provide your logo if you have one)
- a contact form page
- an about page (describes your company and location)
- a blog if you need it

Also Included
Once I complete your website, I will contact the major search engines (Google, Yahoo!, Bing) to get your site listed.
You will get free email support with me for 30 days after completion of your website. Once your website is up and running, you will be able to log in and control the content of your website through your web browser. I would be happy to train you over the phone. You will also have access to view tutorials in my client area.
Important note
All projects require a 50% deposit before site development can begin.
Separate costs you may incur
Hosting your website is a separate cost if you haven’t purchased it yet. This is done by purchasing server space at a reputable web hosting company. I then upload your website to their web server so that your website will be viewable on the Internet. Web hosting companies typically charge between $75 to $100 per year for a basic package. I will let you know the current yearly web hosting cost in my quote.
